CANTATICA
is pleased to announce the establishment of a
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CANTATICA is please to announce that it has established a new Board of Directors which will work with Founder, Artistic Director and Conductor, Dr. Michael Tamte-Horan, in establishing goals and leading CANTATICA into the future.
Serving as chair of the board is Maureen Scullion. Maureen is a former General Manager for Chorus America and Assistant to the President of the American Boychoir School in Philadelphia, and has extensive experience working with nonprofit organizations. Also serving on the board are Dr. Tamte-Horan; Dr. Charisse Baldoria, Assistant Professor of Music at Kutztown University; Jeremy Sawruk, composer and computer programmer in Allentown, PA; and Dr. James Frese, Campus Dean, Strayer University, King of Prussia, PA. All bring invaluable expertise and support to CANTATICA.
The primary goals of the board are to assist in the administration of CANTATICA, establish 502(c)(3) nonprofit status, and recruit outstanding individuals to serve on the 2010-2011 Board of Directors.
